BACK IN THE DAY

BEFORE HOUSING A MEDICAL OFFICE THIS BUILDING WAS THE HOME OF THE SAWYER FAMILY AND MAINELY TWINE. Row after row of rope-making machines occupied the space where the doctor now plies his trade, usually without any rope at all.
